When you're on a journey to find help for your business, whether hiring internal roles, contractors, or consultants, you'll be inundated with resumes that show many people equally qualified. Friends will refer people they like without knowing how good they are. It's a frustrating cycle of confusion. At Lumin8 Collective, we've got the goods on the resume and references to vouch for us, but so what?
We believe in transparency and being who we are wherever we are. We think business lessons can be applied from places other than business school (though we've been there too) and what's most important is finding common ground and understanding. We're interested in partnering with people who "get" us and who are open to new ideas, doing the hard work of being vulnerable and understand that no one person is good at all things. In this video, I'm sharing a very current personal journey and how it applies to how we help owners.
The video is a little long (I do like to talk!), but I hope you'll take a look. If this kind of candor speaks to you, I hope you'll follow along on our journey and reach out to connect.
